Stasis as a concept was created as a way for other artist to find balance between overconfidence such as Dunning-kruger effect as well as self doubt also known as Imposter Syndrome. Stasis tries to find harmony within. During this campaign I studied Native American Symbols an colors, settling on the Naja (symbol of protection) as the headdress (symbol for pride) I created sketches of the logo and sculpture with the help of a mood board shown below. Construction for the sculpture consisted of cardboard and XPS foam painted with Acrylic paint. I also created the handle from walnut studded with Czech beads in a Peyote stitch style with buckskin fringe. After creating the Sculpture I dressed in my cultural regalia as that showed the Emotions of insecurity and pride that I wanted to portray and completed a photo shoot. Upon completion of the photo shoot I used the images to construct a logo based on the sculpture. For the campaign I created social media ads, and a poster as well as an animation.
